In 2019 I lost a close friend at the young age of 49 to colorectal cancer.
Shannon Allman was loved by many friends, coworkers, and family.
Her loss is still keenly felt by many people in our community. She would have loved to have been involved in this event, and she would tell us all-"Get your rear in gear!"
